Delete Your Account
Last updated: October 14, 2026
TradeCrew lets you permanently delete your account and associated data at any time. You can do this directly in the app, or request deletion here without installing it.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the TradeCrew mobile app or the web app at app.tradecrew.app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Danger zone → Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and cannot be recovered; your personal data and content are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us and we'll process your request. Please send your request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.
Request account deletionOr email support@tradecrew.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We aim to acknowledge requests within 5 business days, and deletion completes within 30 days of verifying your identity.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your contractor account and profile (name, email, login).
- All customers, quotes, invoices, jobs, projects, time entries, and expenses you created, and the ratings your customers left.
- Your payment and payout history stored in TradeCrew.
If you signed in with Apple and delete your account in the iOS app, we also ask Apple to revoke TradeCrew's access to your Apple ID.
Beta applications
Deleting an account does not remove a beta application. If you applied to the beta, email support@tradecrew.app from the address you applied with and we will delete your application. You do not need a TradeCrew account to ask.
Timing: account deletion completes within 30 days of your request. Some records (such as transaction and tax records) may be retained for a limited period where required by law or by our payment processor, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
